September 2014 – June 2014 (16hrs a wk/44wks - Tuesday/Friday/Saturday)
Provide ongoing photographic and video documentation of classes on Saturdays, maintain social media and provide administrative support and digital archiving on weekdays.
Documentation for Institutional Funders - on Saturdays selectively photograph each of the seven Saturday Program classes (200 students, 20 undergrad staff) focusing on visually dynamic curricula, special projects and events.
Social Media- Documentation for and Maintenance of online Newsletters, Weblogs, Facebook etc. - to build online Saturday Program community, social media presence and individual donor base.
Administrative support - archive images, organize alumni submissions, facilitate production of monthly newsletters and event mailings, maintain active social media presence, contribute to media strategies, setup visual presentations for funders or reports and support the related administrative work of the five core Saturday Program staff.
This is a unionized position.
