Harold N. Ramdass earned his B.A. from Baruch College, CUNY, and his Ph.D. from Princeton University. His doctoral work explores the conflict between classical and Christian attitudes in Chaucer's Canterbury Tales. Current research interests include history and memory in Shakespeare, and problems of sexuality and gender difference in Milton's Paradise Lost.
