ADINA POPESCU
Instructor

Adina Popescu conducts research on political economy, global networks of trade, and the history of food and agribusiness in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Her current project is a history of the development of global wheat markets. She has taught U.S., British, and global history at Columbia University and Barnard College, and holds a B.A. in Literature from Yale University and an M.A. and M.Phil. in History from Columbia University, where she is currently a doctoral candidate.
