HEIDI KING
Associate Professor

Heidi King received her M.A. in Primitive Art History from Columbia University. She is Research Associate in the Department of the Arts of Africa, Oceania, and the Americas at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. In addition to a number of gallery talks, her recent scholarly work includes essays on Pre-Columbian art works in Recent Acquisitions (The Metropolitan Museum), The Spirit of Peru (M.H. de Young Memorial Museum, San Francisco), The Collector's Eye (Brooklyn Museum), and Glanz und Untergang des Alten Mexiko (Romer and Palizaus Museum, Germany). She has also taught a course on Pre-Columbian Art at Pace University, Pleasantville Campus.
