KIM DRAMER
Assistant Professor

Kim Dramer is a specialist in the art and archaeology of early China. Her area of expertise is the mortuary architecture of the Han dynasty. Dr. Dramer received her Ph.D. from Columbia University. Her thesis, Between the Living and the Dead: Eastern Han Carved Stone Tomb Doors, explores the relationship between Han morturary performance and the decorative programs of tomb architecture. She is the author of numerous books on China for the young adult audience and lectures extensively on Chinese culture.
