Largely home to Cooper Union’s Albert Nerken School of Engineering—perennially ranked among the top three undergraduate engineering schools in the nation—the new academic building will provide some 40,000 square feet of technologically advanced, pedagogically sophisticated laboratories.

On the upper floors, specialized spaces will take advantage of natural light to provide studios for students in the Cooper Union School of Art. And throughout the building, interdisciplinary classrooms, seminar rooms and conference rooms will serve the full student population, along side strategically located office space that provides access to faculty and administration.
