A multipart project to further improve the feedback to the user, and the units impressive ruggedness. We developed both visual and tactile feedback features to make the scanners very effective, even in very noisy environments. We analyzed rubber compounds, the shape effect, and quantified various shock absorbing material's thermal conductivity.
