  About the work

For the last twelve years I have been involved in creating works utilizing motors, animating the sculptural pieces. This direction came out of my interest in moving away from the static object, enlisting the viewer’s interest through movement. Vacation Incorporated involves issues of superficiality, sex, materialism, going on vacation but not really going on vacation, vanity, disregard for health, and other admirable qualities of human nature.”G.K.
