The Cooper Union
Give To Cooper Union

The Campaign for Cooper Union

Our vision for Cooper Union's future embraces its historic goals:
  • to remain a first-rank institution of higher learning offering the finest education available in architecture, art and engineering
  • to continue to attract exceptional faculty and students of the greatest potential
  • to maintain the full-tuition scholarship for all undergraduates as the cornerstone of a Cooper Union education

Throughout the country, higher education is a tuition-driven business. Among the colleges and universities with which The Cooper Union is ranked or compared, tuition revenue supports between 40 and 85 percent of each year's operating budget. To preserve the full-tuition scholarship, our achievement and survival depends upon The Campaign for Cooper Union.

The Campaign for Cooper Union seeks to raise $250 million from alumni, parents, students and friends, along with corporations and foundations, through gifts to:

New Academic Building Fund
Annual Fund
Endowment

All gifts will enable the College to meet its three fundamental needs: to create state-of-the-art academic facilities; to design new and enhanced academic programs; and to ensure full-tuition scholarships in perpetuity.
