The Cooper Union Alumni Ambassadors are thirteen undergraduates whose mission is to promote greater ties between the almuni community and the student body of Cooper Union. In addition, we seek to enhance student awareness of the rich cultural legacy that we inherit as students at the Cooper Union, and to promote the desire among students to stay involved in the history and extracurricular affairs of Cooper, not only as undergraduates, but as future alumni. We come from all three schools of Cooper Union and embrace all disciplines; as such, we hope to represent the bridge among the past, present, and future of the Cooper Union community.

It is our intention to carry out our mission by means of organizing fun extracurricular events, by the use of prominent bulletin boards throughout the school, by our presence at alumni events, and by resources offered by our website.

Our Mission Statement:

The purpose of CU Ambassadors is to promote The Cooper Union as well as its interests, goals and mission to alumni, students, faculty and friends of The Cooper Union. To aid, assist and promote the missions of The Cooper Union Alumni Association and the Alumni Relations and Development offices of The Cooper Union. To instill within Cooper Union students that their involvement in The Cooper Union is a lifelong commitment that will perpetuate the ideals of Peter Cooper.
