SESSION 1, September 24
Just outside the entrance to the David Zwirner Gallery (wait inside if raining) 525 west 19th St. (between 10th Ave. and West Side Highway).

SESSION 2, October 1
Just outside Sperone Westwatch Gallery, 257 Bowery (between Stanton and East Houston).
*DUE TO GALLERY HOURS OF OPERATION, CLASS WILL START AT 12 PM AND FINISH AT 2 PM THIS WEEK ONLY.

SESSION 3, October 15
Lobby of 745 Fifth Avenue between 57th and 58th Streets (east side of the avenue) just in front of the revolving doors.

SESSION 4, October 29
Lobby of 508 West 26th Street, between 10th and 11th Avenues (south side of street).

Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable clothing/shoes. We will be walking outside between galleries and will be on our feet for the full two-hour class.

Please plan to arrive at our designated meeting location 5-10 minutes before the class starts. We will move on to the first gallery promptly at 11am.

 

  • Founded by inventor, industrialist and philanthropist Peter Cooper in 1859, The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art offers education in art, architecture and engineering, as well as courses in the humanities and social sciences.
