Brandt Graves
Brandt Graves received his Master of Architecture from Pratt Institute in 2009, and is owner of DIVISION, a design & fabrication studio in Brooklyn. Previously, he has worked with several young, dynamic design practices and fabricators on projects involving an extensive range of scale and technique., including SOFTlab, RAAD, Acconci Studio, Asymptote, Leong Leong, Bureau V, Evans & Paul, 212 Box, and Studio V. He has collaborated with theverymany, Marius Watz, and suckerPUNCH, and founded a design studio with his partner at thefuturefuture. His work has gained extensive exposure and he has been featured as Pratt select alumni.
Carlos Meza
Carlos Meza graduated from La Javerina University in Bogota, Colombia and holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Pratt Institute in New York City. During and after his post-graduate studies, Carlos has focused on theory and practice of generative digital design methodologies through modeling software as well as new digital fabrication technologies.
In 2005, he won first place in an architecture competition to design a library for the municipality of Villanueva Colombia. The project was fully completed in 2009 and has been widely published in international magazines and books. The library represented Colombia in the Pan-American Biennial of Architecture in 2010 and received an honorable mention at the 2010 Biennale of Architecture in Colombia.
