John C. Michaelson

John C. MichaelsonMr. Michaelson is Chief Executive Officer of Imperium Partners Group, LLC, an investment advisor that manages funds for institutional and individual investors. He served from 1996 to 2005 as President and Chief Executive Officer of Needham Investment Management, LLC; also an investment advisor.

Mr. Michaelson received a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard School of Business and Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees from Oxford University, where he attended the Queen's College. He is the author of Restructuring for Growth (McGraw Hill, 2003) and contributed to Liquidity Strategies for Private Companies (MLEC, 2002).

Mr. Michaelson is a Trustee of the Royal Air Force Museum and a member of the investment committee of Eton College (England).
